Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the EDUNEET administrative office within 7 days of enrollment.
  • No refunds will be issued once a student has accessed more than 20% of the online or offline course material.
  • A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.
  • The registration fee, where applicable, is non-refundable.
  • In cases of medical emergencies, a pro-rata refund may be considered, subject to valid documentation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval of the refund request.
  • Payment made through third-party platforms will be refunded through the same payment method used.
  • No refund will be provided if a student is expelled due to disciplinary reasons.
  • Refunds for special or discount offers will be considered based on the promotional terms and conditions.
  • Any material provided before the refund request must be returned in its original condition, or charges will be deducted.
  • No refund will be issued if the course has been discontinued or completed.
  • Application of refund policies is subject to course-specific conditions which are mentioned at the time of enrollment.
  • Refunds will not be provided for courses where the student has failed to attend scheduled sessions.
  • Online course refunds will only be granted if there are proven technical issues preventing access to the material.
  • If the course is canceled by EDUNEET, full refunds will be provided.
  • Refund requests made after the deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.
  • There is no refund available for short-term crash courses or test series.
  • EDUNEET reserves the right to modify its refund policy without prior notice.
  • Refunds will be issued only in the name of the person who initially made the payment.
  • Any dispute regarding refunds will be governed by local laws and subject to legal jurisdiction.
