Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing and submitted to the EDUNEET administrative office.
Any cancellation within 24 hours of registration will be processed with no penalty.
A cancellation charge of 10% of the total course fee will apply if requested within 7 days of registration.
No cancellations will be accepted once the course has commenced, and no refunds will be provided.
For online courses, cancellation must occur before accessing the course content; otherwise, the refund will not be processed.
In case of illness or unforeseen emergencies, cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
EDUNEET reserves the right to cancel any course at its discretion and will offer full refunds in such cases.
Cancellations due to failure in obtaining necessary documentation (like ID proofs) will not be entertained.
Cancellation requests due to technical issues will only be processed if the issue remains unresolved after technical support.
Students will be liable for any damage or unauthorized use of EDUNEET facilities before cancellation.
Partial cancellation of services (e.g., only canceling test series) will not be permitted unless otherwise stated.
Courses canceled due to inadequate enrollments will lead to a full refund without any deductions.
The cancellation fee for promotional courses will differ based on the terms of the offer.
Students must return all issued material upon cancellation; failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Cancellations resulting from the breach of terms and conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
Any changes in course schedule due to unforeseen circumstances will not entitle students to cancel their enrollment.
EDUNEET reserves the right to amend or update the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
Cancellations made by the student due to dissatisfaction with course content will not be refunded.
If a student cannot attend due to government regulations or travel restrictions, cancellations will be considered.
The institute will not process cancellation requests made via social media or other informal channels.
